Butler University Timmy Students’ Global Health Equity Campaign
Help Butler students fight health disparities throughout Guatemala
Throughout Guatemala, access to healthcare is extremely limited for low-income, rural communities. The students of Timmy Global Health’s Butler University chapter are determined to change that. By equipping remote communities with recurring primary care clinics, year-round access to physicians and medication, and a strong patient referral system for advanced care, Butler Timmy aims to expand access to healthcare to communities that fall through the cracks of other health systems.
Throughout the year, the Butler chapter works hard to promote global health equity on their campus by holding vitamin drives, launching campus wide advocacy events, and fundraising for patients in need.
But now we need your help. Support a Butler Timmy student campaign today and help us raise $3000 to improve healthcare systems in Guatemala. Your contribution will support Timmy Global Health’s ongoing programming in this region, bringing healthcare services to the patients that need it most. Join us today and together let’s start building a source of healthcare continuity worldwide.
